We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. At Tali & Damy, we want to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to initiate the return process. Please note that custom orders and items on sale are final and cannot be returned. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the original packaging and tags attached. We appreciate your business and hope to help assist you with any questions you may have.

Refund Policy - the basics

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for all unworn and undamaged items. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with any tags still attached. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that personalized and custom items are not eligible for return. Please contact us before returning any items to ensure that your return is processed correctly.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
